Preparation and Sacred Onboarding Session

We will begin with a 45-minute onboarding call. Your one-on-one zoom will be scheduled after I receive your onboarding assessment worksheet. This is a sacred opening session where we map your intentions, begin to uncover your Feminine Power Signature, and launch your alignment with the next-level version of yourself. Scheduling options will be sent after enrollment and consideration of your day and time choices. 

Pre-Zoom Meeting Personalized Assessments

Weekly pre-session questionnaires and worksheets are provided to ensure every session is tailored specifically to you and your current needs. Each zoom call will be scheduled after your pre- session work sheet is turned into me. 

Private Coaching Sessions

Three 45-minute private sessions with Theresa on Zoom

One session per week for three weeks after your onboarding call, where we focus on your integration and momentum. You may schedule one per week or one every other week depending on your schedule and needs.

Written Feminine Power Assessment + Energetic Audit

You will walk away with a personalized written assessment identifying your strengths, patterns, power leaks, and how to turn perceived weaknesses into power.
