Preparation and Onboarding Session
We will begin with a 45-minute onboarding call. Your one-on-one zoom will be scheduled after I receive your onboarding assessment worksheet. This is a sacred opening session where we identify what’s working and not working regarding your organizational structures. We will uncover what structures and operating procedures need to be refined, added or most importantly subtracted or delegated. 

Pre- Zoom Meeting Personalized Assessments Weekly pre-session questionnaires and worksheets are provided to ensure every session is tailored specifically to you and your current needs. Each zoom call will be scheduled after your pre-session work sheet is turned in.

Private Coaching Sessions

• Three 45-minute private sessions with Theresa on Zoom

• One session per week for three weeks after your onboarding call, where we focus on your integration and momentum. You may schedule one per week or one every other week depending on your schedule and needs.
